About Fiona Mealing

With over 15 years experience as a Nutritional Therapist , Fiona has worked with several thousand clients during this time helping them to feel better, improve their health and reach their full potential. As a teenager Fiona read the Wright Diet by Celia Wright who later went onto own and run Higher Nature.

I use a careful assessment to determine the unique needs of those who seek my nutritional guidance. Where required, I will, subject to permission, communicate with the individual’s primary care physician or specialist to ensure cross discipline continuity of care.
